Sorry if this is a repost, but a friend showed me the page and I figured I'd share it here.  [ http://www.atpturbo.com/root/releases/release040111.html ] To me, splitting the compressor side, like that, doesn't make any sense.. I don't see how that would cause the so called "hypercharging" that they claim. They claim an increase in mass flow (rate?), but as I see it, they are decreasing the volume by splitting it - which would decrease the mass flow rate, right?  Also, the quad scroll... In my mind that limits the sizing of your exhaust manifold piping, ultimately restricting flow from your exhaust. Interesting concept, but I'd like to see a third party dyno on this vs a twin scroll. I think the quad might spool faster, but I can't see it being that significant.
